Winter winners wrap-up

From WHHC a big thank you for all who joined us this winter at Sparsholt.

A special well done to the WHHC class overall champion – winner of the Storm ‘Which Way’ Cup Jane Pritchard and runner-up Janet Doe.130

“The club class was the perfect environment for our young pony to gain some experience. She grew in confidence and improved across all three phases throughout the season. It was a really supportive and friendly class and entering it also saved us the £30 ICD fee – which we probably spent on hot dogs instead.” – Jane Pritchard

We can confirm that the WHHC class will be running again during the 2017/18 season.

It’s great value, at £35 entry fee for our members, if you are looking for some practice with a young turnout or just something fun to do in the winter to keep your horse/pony ticking over. Remember that the class isn’t part of the main championships and therefore you don’t have to pay the additional IDC membership cost to take part.

The Wessex ICD region has several WHHC qualifiers and we wish all those attending the Keysoe Championships on 7th – 9th April 2017 the best of luck.

And even more winners… we raised £106 from our hamper raffle and the lucky winners were…

Jan Cox – main hamper

Diane Phillips – wine hamper

Kate Barton – fruit hamper

We look forward to seeing you all during the outdoor season – you can see all our event schedules and how to book here.
